Give someone access to properties

A Facility Manager or Operations Assistant sees only the properties you give them. Only the Admin can do this.

1. Choose Settings, then the Organization tab.
2. Under Team Management, find the person and choose Manage Properties.
3. In Property Access, tick each property they should see. Unticked properties are not visible to them at all.
4. Choose Done.

Changes take effect straight away. To remove access, untick the property.

If the person has just accepted their invitation, do this first: until they have properties, they see "No properties assigned yet".

Does not apply to: the Admin (sees everything) and Stakeholders (see the properties they own).
